The long-proposed Gloucester Probus coach trip to the Billabong Zoo at Port Macquarie has been rescheduled for Thursday, May 27, leaving the Denison Street coach stop at 8am.

All those previously booked on the trip are automatically on the coach. Those who can't make the new date should notify tour director Marguerite McNamara on 0439655448. Any additional people interested are very welcome to ring Marguerite and book their seat.
The day out costs $75, which includes the zoo entry, a hot lunch, and the coach cost, and maybe even morning tea on the way.
Meanwhile, the club's May meeting on Thursday, May 6, is full of interest to members and prospective members.
The club will meet first at the Gloucester Uniting Church Hall from 9.30am for a cuppa, then the meeting, with guest speaker Keith Franks bringing us information about early Gloucester families, and following this its down to the Gloucester Bowling Club for the annual Mother's Day barbecue lunch.
Probus meets the first Thursday of each month at 9.30am.
The club brings together those retired or semi-retired for activities of fun, friendship and fellowship. Come and join us.
