Congratulations to Denise Hawdon with first prize for her chocolate cake.
All cooking was of a very high standard.
Gloucester Evening Branch also was awarded third place in the State with the number of branch entries for membership 16 to 25 members.
We hope to do better next year.
At our last meeting Denise Redman and president Rhonda gave a comprehensive report on the recent State Conference.
Many resolutions were debated and those with a positive outcome will now be forwarded to either the State or Federal governments for consideration.
Now we are into our cooler months members decided to meet during the day for the next three months.
The next meeting will be held on Friday June 11, commencing at 11.50am at the CWA rooms on Church Street.
All are welcome.
Another trash, treasure and cake stall will be held at the CWA rooms on Saturday June 12 commencing at 8.30am.
