A free Koala Conservation: Landholder Information Session will be held via Zoom on Thursday June 10 from 6pm to 7pm.
With the Mid Coast region having some of the highest recorded densities of koalas in NSW, the webinar will delve into what that means for property owners.
Hear about ways you can help these iconic species, key koala locations, habitat restoration options, koala biology, and what's happening to protect them.
Presentations will be made by Department of Planning, Industry and Environment's threatened species officer, John Turbill and MidCoast Council's senior ecologist, Mat Bell.
Following the presentations, there will be a chance for attendees to ask questions.
This is a free session, however please register here.
This event is supported by the Bushfire Recovery for Species and Landscapes Program program through the National Landcare Program.
