Gloucester Bowling Club's Thursday's maximum points went to Kevin Everett, Terry Higgins and Terry Davies with a comfortable win of 23-11 over Robert Hayes, Terry Carson and Chris Pritchard.
Runners up after more confusion than Father's Day in a nudist colony were Tony Tersteeg and Clive Redman defeating Gordon Pritchard and Harry Cox 26-15.

Picking up two points in third place were Mark Groves, Don Mehieloff and Alex Laurie who defeated Nico Duynhoven, Rob Heininger and Max Stevens 24-16.
In the remaining games, Neville Atkins and Stephen Hurworth proved to good for George Wisemantel and Steve Kriss winning 26-19. Lu Urby, Vic Hebblewhite and Col Beattie narrowly defeated Kevin Burley, Ken Bryant and Paul Sheridan 17-16.
And Maurie Doolan (visitor) combined with Mike Sheely and John West to get over John Andrews, Bob Charman and Norm McLeod 21-18.
Mixed bowls on Saturday resulted in Mike Sheely, Colleen Atkins and Julie Kriss taking first prize with a 28-11 victory over Stephen Hurworth, Bob Newitt and Sue Bryant.
George Wisemantel, Judy Sheely and Jenny Stevens, playing a swinging role for both sides, defeated Bev Murray and Steve Kriss 30-13. And Maurie Doolan, Joy Hurworth and Dianna Lockwood defeated Neville Atkins, Ken Bryant and Max Stevens 19-17.
Two games of the mixed pairs were contested on Saturday with Kevin Burley and Joan Ridgeway collecting two four pointers during the game which proved the difference defeating Terry Davies and Patty West 23-14. Mark Groves and Lorraine Ratcliffe only required 18 ends to dispose of John Andrews and Jenny Burley 27-12.
Which then saw teams fronting up for matches on Sunday, when Kevin Burley and Joan Ridgeway only conceded seven ends to Steve and Julie Kriss for a 20-8 victory.
Stephen and Joy Hurworth had the game won after eight ends with a 14-1 lead over George Wisemantel and Dianna Lockwood and continued to cruise to a 21-16 win to advance to the next round.
Bev Murray was on fire, combining with Allen Rose for an easy win over Brian and Jean Holstein 24-14. And Rob Heininger was well supported by June Carter defeating Chris and Di Pritchard 21-10.
With some games being held up due to double vaccination problems the next available matches are scheduled for this weekend so check the board for your games and the nomination sheet is on the board for the mixed fours which will commence in November.
