It's a chance to get the answers to the most important and relative questions concerning our community and its future.
Chamber president, Matt Clinch believes this is a chance to make your vote count.
"For the chamber, we are seeing consistent changes to planning and service infrastructure.
"It is important we give our business owners, and the community, the opportunity to voice their concerns and ask those who represent us to address these with council to seek a resolve which is beneficial for both council and the community," he said.
"This forum is a chance for candidates and the community to engage meaningfully in political discussion with emerging and, in some cases, re-appointed community leaders."
Attendees can hear directly from candidates and will have the opportunity to ask questions relating to the representation and advocacy of the community in the duties and responsibilities as an elected councillor.
Each candidate will have the opportunity to deliver a one minute speech.
After all the candidates have spoken, question time will open.
Chamber is asking attendees to register for questions upon arrival at the registration table prior to taking their seat.
"This is to provide equal opportunity to attendees to address questions, and to keep the event as efficient as possible.
"Those wanting to ask questions will be given a number," Matt said.
The event is taking place at Billabong Park near the stage on Thursday, November 18 and will run from 5.30pm to 7pm.
Masks and social distancing measures are applicable and QR check in is required.
