Amid mist, drizzle and intermittent showers, at 300 metres on Sunday January 9 the Gloucester Rifle Club hosted an intrepid group of fullbore shooters from Wingham preparing for the upcoming NSW Queens, and their scores proved they have what it takes. We wish them well.

In 25 metre rimfire in similar conditions Neville Blanch posted a super 246/250, just pipping Doug Clarke and Laurie Smith on fine scores of 245 and 241.
Next shoot will be on Sunday January 23, with fullbore at 400 metres from 8.30am and 50 metre rimfire from 11am.
Vaccinated visitors are welcome on shoot days, with due care, and enquiries regarding club activities and firearms licensing may be made to Steve Pennicuik on 0427059717.
The next Firearms Licensing Course is planned for Saturday February 5 - with prior bookings essential. It is sincerely hoped that no change to COVID conditions will interfere with these plans. Wishing all a safe and sound happy new year.
