Council is offering an opportunity for MidCoast citizens to get know the interim general manager Glenn Handford as well as some of the other faces at council.
"The meetings are a two-way communication process. They give us a chance to outline the change ofmanagement being undertaken at council so people are fully informed, and it gives you the opportunity to provide us with valuable feedback on what you would like to see in your council," Mr Handford said.
“These meetings will be the first of regular community update sessions held every six months or so, to keep residents fully informed about the merger implementation and how the new council is developing.
“It's important to council that everyone has an opportunity to attend. They are holding the meeting around the MidCoast Council region - from Gloucester to Old Bar and from Harrington to Tea Gardens.
