There were lots of compliments from our visitors on the great soups, dampers and cooking provided throughout the day. Thank you to members who helped in providing these; to Cecily for running the kitchen so efficiently, and to those who came in at 6.30am to set up. Thanks also to Ken and Al for the mowing and setting up of the lawns; to Stephen, Jim and Tom the gazebos; also to Bev and Paddy for keeping score cards and games running smoothly and to Peter Smith from Maitland who assisted with recording.
Next inter-club event on our calendar is the Mid North Coast Championship for golf croquet. This is set down for Friday, September 29 in Forster.
