Jai Zared Colquhoun, 22, will be sentenced in Taree Local Court on March 4 for nearly a dozen offences.
In the first incident police charged Colquhoun with mid-range drink driving, driving while disqualified and driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle after he was caught behind the wheel of a car that had no lights, windscreen and shredded tyres early on the morning of July 27.
Following his arrest Colquhoun allegedly returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.083.
He had been banned from driving for four years in 2010 for high-range drink driving.
In the second incident, Colquhoun was charged with malicious damage, two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and two counts of common assault, following a drunken attack on a man and a woman outside a home on Gregson St.
About 5am on September 21 an allegedly drunken Colquhoun attended the home believing it to be the location of a house party.
Colquhoun allegedly damaged a door, head-butted a man and bit a woman on the arm before police arrived and arrested him.
In the Gloucester Local Court last week magistrate Shaughan McCosker said Colquhoun needed to continue alcohol counselling and maintain a clean record before his next court appearance or he would face a lengthy jail term.
