The experienced team were one of six finalists for the CRT NSW Business of the Year Award for 2014 at the gala awards dinner at the Adelaide Convention Centre.
The Business of the Year Award recognises professionalism, support for staff, suppliers, fellow CRT ‘Local Blokes’, and a commitment to the community. The 2014 winner was Taree Produce.
James Nott, CRT NSW-QLD State manager said the nomination was well deserved.
“This is one of the standout CRT businesses and a regular finalist in these awards,” he said.
“(Manager) Troy Higgins started out purchasing a rundown business and they have grown it to the point where they now dominate their market, but along the way, they have not forgotten the fundamentals of quality customer service and support for your community.
“It is an absolute privilege to work with Gloucester Rural Supplies and we congratulate them on their efforts.”
