Club Championships Ladies Minor Singles: Congratulations to Di Pritchard for taking out this event over June Carter in a hard fought game which could have gone either way 25-19.
Mixed Pairs: are currently underway and will be reported on from Q/F and when results are made available.
Men’s Bowls: The Barrington Cup and Buckets Shield were well contested with 24 Teams participating and were ‘on fire’.

A BIG thank you to everyone who made the effort, especially those who traveled to get here. Special mention to Gloucester Betta Home Living who provided $600 for raffle prizes which were won by Di Lockwood and Karen Heininger.
The running of the event went without a hitch thanks to The Board, Women and Men Sections.
Thursday: Winners were D Parker, Ray Shepherd and Andrew Henderson (19 + 14) and the Runners Up were Frank Wells, Terry Davies and Gary Spokes (16+7)
Women’s Bowls: Wednesday: Only a couple of games were also played in the Bonnie Hazelwood Triples, with Joan Ridgeway’s team defeating Jean Holstein’s team and Pat Cox’s team defeating Cheryl West’s team.
The next two games to take place are Bev Murray’s team v. Jill Everett’s team and Jean Ridgeway’s team v. Pat Cox’s team.
Two games of social bowls were also enjoyed. On morning tea roster for Wednesday, 26 September, are Cheryl West and Di Pritchard.
There are a number of spaces on the roster, so please could we have some more names and you only need to do it about every 1-2 months.
