Beau Boyd made some spectacular saves for Gloucester Soccer Club's men's team while in goals on Saturday July 20 against Wallamba at their home ground at Nabiac, keeping a clean sheet for the first 30 minutes from a barrage of shots from the Wallamba team.

Aiden Hawkins, Josh Thant and Lukas Delsperger worked well up front and managed to break through with some great runs, but unfortunately could not find the back of the net with their numerous attempts.
Wallamba snuck in a goal moments before half time.Andrew Hughes, Caleb Walker and Hayden Reid worked tirelessly in the defensive line, keeping the fast Wallamba strikers at bay, while Sam Mundy, Harry Clarke and Geoff Hawkins controlled the midfield along with Damian Rolvink.
Unfortunately Wallamba managed two quick goals within minutes of each other, both finding the top corners, bringing the final score to 3-0.
Gloucester Soldiers Club men's team travel to Pacific Palms next Saturday July 27 to face the Pacific Palms Panthers.
