According to the Bureau of Meteorology, daytime temperatures on the weekend will hit the mid to late 20s.

This will be a far cry away from the cold winds and conditions of last week, that was met by snow at Barrington Tops.

Light frost on Friday will give away to sunny day with a daytime maximum of 26 degrees.

Saturday will be partly cloudy with temperatures to reach 24 degrees.

It'll be a scorcher, by winter's standard, on Sunday with mostly sunny conditions and a top of 27 degrees.

A slightly cooler change for the start of the working week, with temperatures to sit between 21 and 23 degrees.

At Barrington Tops this weekend, expect conditions to be considerably cooler. Snow was still hanging around on Thursday.

Maximum temperatures are expected to be in the single digits.
