According to the Bureau of Meteorology, forecast for the rest of Friday (August 23) are mostly sunny skies and a zero percent chance of rain. Temperatures are due to reach at top of 21 degrees. Winds southwesterly 20 to 30 km/h tending southerly 15 to 20 km/h in the middle of the day then becoming light in the late afternoon.
Large and powerful surf conditions are expected to be hazardous for coastal activities such as rock fishing, swimming and surfing.
Higher temperatures are expected for Saturday (August 24) with a top of 26 degrees predicted. Areas of morning frost, mainly in the south with sunny skies and a zero per cent chance of rain. Winds north to northwesterly 15 to 20 km/h tending west to northwesterly in the middle of the day then becoming light in the late afternoon. Overnight temperatures expected to drop to a low of 1 degree.

Sunday (August 25) temperatures are also predicted to reach a top of 26 degrees with sunny skies. There is a slight chance of a shower. Winds west to northwesterly 15 to 20 km/h tending southeast to southwesterly 15 to 25 km/h during the afternoon then becoming light during the evening. Overnight temperatures predicted to fall to 5 degrees.
