Kingston Building Australia have sent out flyers to neighbours nearest to construction site to advise of works to be undertaken out front of the new building.
As part of the Anglican Care's development application, the contractor will be constructing a new footpath, kerb and gutter, along with the planting of trees starting Thursday, October 31.
The works will require a temporary shift of the centre line toward the east between the roundabout at Rogers Street and Gloucester High School, as well as no parking availability. Two lanes of traffic will remain active during this time.
According to Kingston, council has approved the traffic management plan, which will see roadworks and a 'no parking' sign installed for the duration of the works.
According to Anglican Care, the works will take approximately two months to complete.
