Design plans for the new $310,000 complex, located at Mountain Park, will be displayed at a community barbecue on Tuesday, November 12.
The project will be jointly funded by the Bulahdelah Lions Club, which raised $181,000 along with $79,000 from MidCoast Council and a $50,000 Federal government building and future grant.
"We'll be presenting the final design for the skatepark on the day to provide an opportunity for the community to ask any questions in regards to the new facility," MidCoast Council community spaces, recreation and trades manager, Dan Aldridge said.
"Due to the Bulahdelah Lions Club's amazing contribution to the project, this skatepark will be one of the best in the Mid Coast region."
Planning for the skate park extends back to July 2017 when Bulahdelah students met with MidCoast Council.
Twelve months later, with contributions confirmed from the community, planning began in earnest.
Everyone is invited to visit (Alum) Mountain Park on Tuesday, November 12 from 3.30-5pm, enjoy a sausage sizzle, view the design and ask the project team any questions.
