A Gloucester man is due to face court next month charged with several stealing and property offences near Gloucester and Dungog.

Police from Manning-Great Lakes Police District and Hunter Valley Police District have been investigating two separate alleged break and enters at industrial businesses where an amount of copper wire was stolen. These offences occurred in September at Dungog and mid-October in Gloucester.
An additional Gloucester business was allegedly broken twice in October into with several items taken including power tools, batteries and a wheelbarrow.
Initial investigations led police to believe these incidents were linked.
Following extensive inquiries, about noon yesterday (November 5) Manning-Great Lakes police executed a search warrant at a home on The Bucketts Way, Gloucester where they spoke with a 43-year-old man.
During the search, police allegedly located and seized items believed to be stolen including power tools, cannabis, methylamphetamine and clothing.
The man was arrested and taken to Forster Police Station, charged with break, enter and steal, stealing, goods in custody and possess prohibited drug.
He was granted conditional bail to appear at Forster Local Court on Wednesday, December 11.
Inquiries are continuing.
