This will be in effect from Monday, March 30.
More than 90 per cent of flights, such as the Newcastle to Sydney return service, have also been suspended.
Any passengers booked on services after this date will have their bookings automatically placed into a full, free of charge credit for use anywhere in the airline's network.
The airline does not need to be contacted until the credit is ready to be used on another booking.
FlyPelican will still be available for passenger and freight charter when required.
Taree to Sydney return flights began in January 2018 following the exit of Regional Express (Rex) from the area.
