The renowned prize is awarded to the best portrait, usually of a man or woman distinguished in art, letters, science or politics, and is open to any artist resident in Australasia. Take a moment to vote in the ANZ People's Choice award.
The exhibition also displays finalists of the Wynne and Sulman prizes for paintings of landscapes and subjects respectively. The Young Archies exhibition of portraits painted by young artists aged five to 18 years is also on display, as well as a free program of art, music, performance and dance to pay tribute to the acts of support and human resilience that have protected and inspired during the past year.

Safe travels
As Australia begins to reopen to travel, we are all itching to get away again.
Tourism Australia has released a new online information resource called "COVID safe travel in Australia" that will provide guidance on how best to holiday and stay happy and healthy close to home.
The web page promises the most current details on travel restrictions and is updated across transport, hotels and accommodation, food and drink, and activities and gatherings. The information is provided and kept up to date on a state by state or city by city basis to ensure travellers are in the know about where they are headed and not underprepared.
