According to the Bureau of Meteorology, mostly sunny skies are forecast for the rest of Friday (October 23) with a near zero percent chance of rain. Winds tending north to northeasterly 25 to 35 km/h by the middle of the day. Temperatures are expected to reach a top of 31 degrees with a low of 16 degrees.
Cloudy skies are predicted for Saturday (October 24) with a 50 per cent chance of showers most likely in the morning and afternoon bringing 2 to 5mm of rain. There is the chance of a thunderstorm with winds northerly 20 to 30 km/h. Temperatures are expected to reach a top of 28 degrees with a low of 15 degrees.
The chance of rain increases to 80 per cent on Sunday (October 25) with an expected rainfall of 10 to 20mm. Cloudy skies with the chance of a thunderstorm. Winds north to northwesterly 15 to 20 km/h tending southeast to southwesterly 15 to 25 km/h during the morning then becoming light during the evening. Temperatures are expected to reach a top of 23 degrees with a low of 13 degrees.
If you're planning on heading to the Barrington Tops, you can expect similar conditions with more rain and lower temperatures predicted. Friday is expected to see a top temperature of 19 degrees with a low of 12 degrees. Saturday has a 70 per cent chance of 5 to 8mm of rainfall with a top temperature of 15 degrees and a low of 10 degrees. Sunday has a high chance of seeing 15 to 25mm of rainfall with a top temperature of 13 degrees and a low 7 degrees.
