WA's border will reopen from November 14 for travellers from "low-risk" areas (defined as jurisdictions in which there has been no community transmission for 28 days). Tasmania has already eased border restrictions for travellers from all other states and territories, except Victoria. Victorians may now self-quarantine at home in the state and there are plans to fully ease border restrictions from November 27. All visitors must Register via the Tas e-Travel system for a QR code.
The South Australian, Northern Territory and ACT borders are open to travellers from all territories and states, except Vic.
Although the Victorian border is open, travel from other states is still not advised. Travel restrictions within the state have been eased, with the ring of steel around Melbourne now open to regional Victoria. Retail and restaurants have reopened but face masks are compulsory throughout the state.
