After a rainy intro to the week, the clouds parted and the sun began to shire for Gloucester High School's annual swimming carnival, bringing a bit of fun for a competitive day of fun.

Students and staff made their way to the Gloucester pool first thing on the morning of Wednesday, February 3, dressed in their school house colours, ready to take to the water.
As tradition dictates, Year 12 students attended the event in dressed fancy dress for a bit of fun in the final year of high school.
Students took part in a range of competitions that included individual events and team relays.
The results from the event are as follows:
12 years
Female champion - Marley Young;
Male champion - Albie Cameron; runner up - Nicholas Maggs.
13 years
Female champion - Irelyn Want; runners up - Charlotte Marchant and Mia Tressider;
Male champion - Bradley Rayner; runner up - Mitchell Whitby.
14 years
Female champion - Mackenzie Schafer; runner up - Ruby Tonks;
Male champion - Zac Schafer; runner up - Jacob Edwards.
15 years
Female champion - Danieka Wakefield; runner up - Bonnie Tonks
Male champion - Hamish Wakefield; runner up - Mitchell Hawkins;
16 years
Female champion - Josephine Fitzgerald; runner up - Natalie Rayner;

17 years and over
