In fine conditions on Sunday June 13 at 400 metres, in free-class fullbore Nick Pennicuik posted a ripping 99/120, chased hard by Lindsay Pennicuik and Steve Pennicuik on fine scores of 94.1 and 91.2 and with Stuart Kerr posting a fine 86.1 with a sporter .243.
Lindsay Pennicuik took out the 25 metre rimfire shoot with a sizzling 249/250, just pipping Doug Clarke on a ripping 245 and chased hard by Laurie Smith and Karen Brown on fine scores of 239 and 234.
Next shoot will be on Sunday June 27, with fullbore at 500 metres from 8.30am and a novelty rimfire shoot from 11am, and members are reminded that annual fees are now due and the club AGM is to be held on Sunday July 11.
With restrictions eased, visitors are now very welcome on shoot days and enquiries regarding club activities and firearms licensing may be made to Steve Pennicuik on 0427 059 717.
The next Longarms Firearms Licensing Course is planned for Saturday September 4, with prior bookings essential.
