Mr Layzell will host the online event, which will also be attended by NSW Minister for Finance and Small Business Damien Tudehope MLC and NSW Small Business Commissioner Chris Lamont.
"I have been speaking with small businesses in my electorate and heard the stories of how the past five weeks have stretched their financial resources and I want to help them access the NSW Government assistance that is available," Mr Layzell said.
The virtual forum will outline financial support available for local business as part of the NSW government's COVID-19 support package and services available through the NSW Small Business Commission.
A representative from Service NSW will also be available to answer questions raised by attendees.
Mr Layzell said those wishing to attend the virtual forum should email his electorate office at upperhunter@parliament.nsw.gov.au.
"Written questions are also encouraged, especially from people who have encountered challenges accessing state government assistance, and should be emailed to my office prior to the meeting," Mr Layzell said.
