President, Anne Williamson also presented a comprehensive report.
All positions were filled with Anne being re-elected president, Robyn Scott as treasurer and Sandy Tebbet as secretary.
The returning officer and vice president of the CWA Mid North Coast Group, Merrie Hunt congratulated the branch members on their achievements during a difficult year.
Branch co-patron, Christine Bolton moved a vote of thanks to the out-going office bearers for their efforts.
At the conclusion of the AGM, a brief monthly meeting was held.
Cookery for the day was chocolate cake which attracted a number of entries.
Rhonda Merchant from the Gloucester evening branch explained the judging technique and gave many handy tips.
Claire Reynolds gained first place with Sandy Tebbet coming second.
Next month's cooking will be lamingtons and scones.
The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 9 commencing at 10 am.
